Food Protection Manager Certification Class Information

in English and Spanish


Sierra Foodservice Sanitation offers classes for Manager Certification. We use course materials and course books which are approved by Washoe County. Completion of this class and exam enables the student to be certified in Washoe County.

I offer very flexible pricing and bring more to classes than just preparing a student to take an exam.
