Food Protection Manager Certification Class Information

in English and Spanish

Sierra Foodservice Sanitation offers classes for Manager Certification. We use course materials and course books which are approved by Washoe County. Completion of this class and exam enables the student to be certified in Washoe County. Sierra Sanitation will arrange for attendees to be processed at the class. We deliver the documentation to Washoe County for you and they will mail the certificates and cards to you.

I offer very flexible pricing and bring more to classes than just preparing a student to take an exam.
