Food Facility Management Services


Sierra Foodservice Sanitation offers many management services to help you start and maintain your business.

Design and Layout Food Safety Pre-inspection audit for new establishments

We will help make decisions about appropriate equipment and assist with the design the layout of the facility to ensure efficiency and safe handling of food. 

Menu-Costing Analysis 
This includes evaluation of Purchasing and Inventory procedures including Cost of Sales calculations. We will help the client develop a system to ensure minimal waste and maintain acceptable inventory levels.
Temporary Management Services

John offers temporary services including Kitchen Management. John as a "Working" Chef and or Kitchen Manager will help in the event of a sudden loss of management personnel on a temporary basis and will help interview/train a replacement.

Opening Chef/Kitchen Manager

John will assist clients with a opening a facility. This would include training and development: signature recipes, interviewing personnel, scheduling, opening inspections, as well as above mentioned services.          

Crisis Management Consulting

We will assist in the event of a Foodborne Illness Outbreak by working with the Health Department to help ensure a rapid compliance  and seamless reopening of an establishment.
