Food Protection Manager Re-Certification Class Schedule

in English and Spanish


FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER RECERTIFICATION


NEW: Approved On-line Recertification Class.

This on-line class is designed to require only about six hours to complete. Available in Spanish and English.

We offer Weekday Recertification classes twice per month. Please call for schedules: 775-322-0171/Cell:775-232-9482

Sierra Foodservice Sanitation is offering classes for Manager Recertification. We use course materials and exams which are approved by Washoe County. Completion of this class and exam enables the student to be recertified in Washoe County. Sierra Sanitation will arrange for attendees to be processed at the class. We deliver the documentation to Washoe County for you and they will mail the certificates and card to you.

I offer very flexible pricing and bring more to classes than just preparing a student to take an exam. After completing the course, students are well equipped with reference materials designed to develop or improve any Food Safety Program.
